Second Act System is a digital product business operated through startmysecondact.com. We sell digital PDF guides, templates, and related educational products. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to Second Act System and its owner.

2. Products and Digital Delivery

Second Act System sells digital products including but not limited to:

The Second Act System — a PDF guide priced at $47

The Second Act Launch Kit — a PDF guide priced at $27

Second Act System Master Resell Rights License — priced at $97

Second Act Done For You Setup — a service priced at $297 setup plus $47 per month

All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is processed automatically and typically arrives within minutes of a completed purchase. If you do not receive your download within one hour, check your spam folder and contact us at [email protected].

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, however the price you are charged is the price shown at the time of your purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

For the Done For You Setup service, the $297 setup fee is charged at the time of purchase. The $47 monthly fee begins on the same date the following month and continues until you cancel. You may cancel the monthly service at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with at least 5 days notice before your next billing date.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered.

No refund policy — please read before purchasing:

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that will be delivered immediately and that all sales are final. This is consistent with standard digital goods policy and is disclosed clearly before purchase.

If you have a technical issue accessing your product or believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. We want you to be able to access what you paid for.

The Done For You Setup monthly service may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.

Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, consistency, ad spend, market conditions, product quality, and other factors entirely outside our control.

Income examples, payment screenshots, and results referenced in our marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. They represent what is possible for some users and do not represent average or typical results. Many people who purchase digital product guides make little or no money from them.

The Second Act System is an educational guide. It teaches a method for building digital product income. Whether you generate any income depends entirely on how you implement what you learn, how consistently you work, what you spend on advertising, and many other variables we cannot control or predict.

We make no guarantee that you will make any money, achieve any specific result, or be able to leave your current job or location as a result of purchasing or implementing this system.

By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you understand the above and that you are purchasing educational material, not a guaranteed income opportunity.

6. Master Resell Rights — Additional Terms

If you purchase the Second Act System Master Resell Rights License, the following additional terms apply in addition to the license agreement delivered with your purchase:

You may rebrand the cover page and sell the product under your own brand

You keep 100% of all revenue from your sales

You may NOT grant resell rights to your buyers — they receive personal use rights only

You may NOT distribute the product for free in any format

You may NOT alter the interior content of the PDF files

You MUST include the earnings disclaimer on any sales page or marketing material where you promote the product

You MUST comply with FTC guidelines on income claims and endorsements

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of your license with no refund

The full license agreement is delivered as a PDF with your Master Resell Rights purchase and constitutes the complete terms of your resell license.

7. Done For You Service Terms

The Done For You Setup service includes:

Build of a GHL funnel and landing page to our standard template

Checkout page setup with your product loaded

ManyChat automation connected to your trigger words

Abandoned cart email and SMS sequence

Post-purchase email sequence

One onboarding Zoom call to connect your accounts

The service does not include ongoing content creation, ad management, or guaranteed results. Setup is completed within 5 to 7 business days of your onboarding Zoom call. You are responsible for providing access to your accounts and responding to setup requests in a timely manner. Delays caused by your non-response may extend the setup timeline.

The $47 monthly fee covers your GHL sub-account hosting. This fee is non-negotiable and reflects our cost of maintaining your account infrastructure. If you cancel the monthly service, your GHL sub-account and all associated funnels, contacts, and automations will be deactivated. You may export your contact data before cancellation by requesting it from us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on startmysecondact.com including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital products is the property of Second Act System and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission, except as specifically permitted under a Master Resell Rights license.

Purchasing our products grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation

Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity

Harass, abuse, or harm another person

Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

Resell or redistribute our digital products without a valid Master Resell Rights license

Make false or misleading income claims when marketing our products under a resell license

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the information contained in our products is complete, accurate, or current, although we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Second Act System and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Second Act System and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of our website or products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

Our website and products may contain links to or references to third-party websites and services including but not limited to Stripe, Go High Level, ManyChat, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, and Stan Store. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

References to third-party tools in our educational content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of those services.

14. Platform Disclaimers

Second Act System and startmysecondact.com are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or any other platform mentioned in our marketing or products. All platform names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Second Act System.
